Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how long we keep it — including how we handle license details and résumés, which is the part that actually matters here.

Effective September 3, 2026  Last updated September 3, 2026  Terms of Service →

This Privacy Policy explains how Luah On The Go (“Luah On The Go,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.LuahOnTheGo.com (the “Site”), submit one of our forms, or work with us as a pharmacy client or as a pharmacist on our roster.

We are a pharmacist staffing and placement business based in Laurel, Maryland, serving pharmacies in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Handling licensure details and résumés is a core part of what we do, so we try to be specific here rather than vague.

01

About this policy
Never send us patient information

Our forms, email, and chat are not secure channels for protected health information. Please do not include patient names, prescription details, insurance identifiers, or any other patient data in anything you send us through the Site. Luah On The Go does not seek to receive PHI through the Site, and we are not acting as a HIPAA covered entity when you fill out one of our forms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and post the revised version here. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site or Services after that means you accept them.

02

Information you give us directly
Information we collect

The Site has three forms, and each collects a different set of information:

Contact form (Home page)

Whether you are a pharmacy, a pharmacist, or something else; your name, phone number, and email address; and your optional message.

Request Coverage form (For Pharmacies)

Pharmacy name, contact name, phone, email, city and state, the type of coverage you need, and the dates and hours you are trying to fill.

Pharmacist Application (For Pharmacists)

Full name, email, phone, pharmacist license number, state of licensure, years of experience, availability, and an uploaded résumé (which typically also contains your work history, education, certifications, and sometimes your mailing address).

You may also give us information by email, phone, text, or live chat — including additional credential documents, scheduling details, references, and invoicing or remittance information for a specific engagement.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, the Site collects certain technical information when you visit: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring page and search terms, the pages you view and links you click, time and duration of your visit, and similar analytics data. This is collected through cookies and comparable technologies — see the cookies section.

Information we get from others
  • State boards of pharmacy and license verification databases — to confirm that a license is active and unrestricted, and to check for disciplinary action.

  • Exclusion and sanction lists — such as the federal OIG exclusion list, where an engagement requires it.

  • Background check and screening providers — only where a specific engagement requires screening, and only with the disclosures and authorizations required by law.

  • References you provide — and, where relevant, client pharmacies giving us feedback on a completed shift.

  • Service providers — our website, forms, contact-management, analytics, and email platforms, as described below.

What we do not collect through the Site

We do not ask for or want your Social Security number, date of birth, government ID number, bank account details, or health information through the Site’s forms. If any of those are needed later for a specific engagement — for example, tax or payment setup for a contractor — we will collect them separately and securely, not through a web form.

03

How we use information
  • To respond to you — answering inquiries, following up on coverage requests, and reviewing applications.

  • To provide the Services — matching pharmacists to shifts, confirming assignments, coordinating schedules, and handling invoicing and payment.

  • To verify credentials — confirming licensure, screening for restrictions and exclusions, and checking work history and references.

  • To present candidates to pharmacies — sharing the relevant parts of a pharmacist’s qualifications with a pharmacy considering them for coverage or placement.

  • To communicate with you — service and transactional emails, calls, and texts about your inquiry, application, or engagement, and (with your consent where required) occasional updates about our services.

  • To manage our records — maintaining our contact database, tagging leads by type so the right person follows up, and keeping engagement records.

  • To improve the Site and our business — understanding which pages and services get attention, diagnosing problems, and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing.

  • To keep things safe and lawful — preventing fraud and misuse, enforcing our Terms of Service, and complying with legal, regulatory, tax, and insurance obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. A person reviews every application and every coverage request.

04

When we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only in these situations:

Client pharmacies

When you are a pharmacist being considered for or assigned to a shift, we share the relevant parts of your professional profile — name, licensure and verification status, experience, availability, and résumé — with that pharmacy.

Pharmacists

When you are a pharmacy, we share the details a pharmacist needs to work the shift: store name, address, hours, setting, workflow notes, and an on-site contact.

Service providers

Website hosting, forms, and contact management (Wix), analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager), email and messaging delivery, document storage, and accounting — each acting on our instructions and permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us.

Verification & screening providers

State licensing boards, license verification databases, and, where an engagement requires it, background screening providers.

Professional advisers & insurers

Our accountants, attorneys, and insurance carriers, where reasonably necessary.

Legal & safety

When required by law, subpoena, or regulatory or board inquiry, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person, or to investigate fraud or a violation of our Terms.

Business transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets — in which case the recipient will be bound to handle information consistently with this policy.

With your direction

Any other sharing you ask us to do or agree to.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

05

Cookies and analytics
  • Essential cookies — set by our website platform (Wix) so the Site works: page delivery, security, form submission, and load balancing. The Site cannot function properly without these.

  • Functional cookies — remembering preferences and, if you use live chat, keeping your conversation intact.

  • Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use the Site: page views, sessions, traffic sources, and form-submission events. Google processes this data as our service provider; it may include your IP address and device identifiers.

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. The Site uses:

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Site.

  • You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

  • You can send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. There is still no common standard for DNT, so the Site does not currently respond to DNT headers; because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is no opt-out sale to process.

Your choices

We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent banner before those tags go live.

06

Emails, calls, and text messages

When you submit a form or give us your number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, application, or engagement by email, phone, and text message. Shift coverage often has to be arranged the same day, so texting is frequently the fastest way to reach you.

  • Service messages — about your application, a shift offer, scheduling, or an invoice. These are part of working with us; you can ask us to switch channels at any time.

  • Marketing messages — occasional updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

  • Texts — reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies with your activity, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is never a condition of applying, being placed, or receiving coverage.

You can also email info@luahonthego.com at any time to tell us how you would prefer to be contacted.

07

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we have a reason to, then delete it or de-identify it.

General inquiries

Up to 2 years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Coverage requests

For the duration of the client relationship and up to 7 years afterward, to support invoicing, tax, insurance, and dispute records.

Pharmacist applications & résumés

Up to 3 years from your application or last shift, so we can contact you about future coverage — longer where a completed engagement requires it for tax, payroll, insurance, or regulatory recordkeeping (generally up to 7 years).

Verification records

For the length of the engagement plus the period required by applicable regulatory and insurance requirements.

Analytics data

Per our Google Analytics retention setting, which is currently 14 months for user- and event-level data.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see your choices and rights. We may need to keep certain records to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.

08

How we protect information

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, including encryption of the Site in transit (HTTPS), access controls that limit credential and résumé data to the people who need it, reputable platform providers for hosting and contact management, and prompt removal of information we no longer need.

That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information — including patient information, government ID numbers, or financial account details — through the Site’s forms or by ordinary email. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as the law requires.

09

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;

  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date — important if your license, availability, or contact details change;

  • Delete your information, including removing you from our pharmacist roster or contact list;

  • Stop marketing to you, or change how we contact you;

  • Withdraw an application and ask us to remove your résumé from our files.

Email info@luahonthego.com with your request. We will respond within 45 days (and will tell you if we need more time). We may need to verify your identity before acting — usually by confirming details you have already given us — and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

10

U.S. state privacy rights

Some states give residents specific privacy rights. If you live in one of them, the rights below are yours in addition to the choices above.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); professional or employment-related information (license number and state, work history, availability, résumé contents); education information (from résumés); commercial information (services requested, invoicing records); and internet or network activity (pages viewed, form events). We collect it from you, from our service providers, and from licensing boards and verification sources, and use and disclose it for the purposes described in this policy.

California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose to; request correction of inaccurate information; and request deletion. You may also limit the use of sensitive personal information — though we do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will ask for written proof of authorization. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others as their laws take effect — may confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal effects. As noted, we do not conduct targeted advertising, sell personal data, or engage in that kind of profiling.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing info@luahonthego.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days with our decision and reasoning. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

Nevada

Nevada residents may submit a request that we not sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you may submit a verified request to info@luahonthego.com.

11

Visitors outside the United States

Luah On The Go operates in the United States, our Services are offered to pharmacies and pharmacists in DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, and all information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

We do not target or market to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are in one of those regions and we nonetheless process your personal data, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the Services you asked for), legitimate interests (running and improving our staffing business, verifying credentials, and preventing fraud), consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (tax, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements). You may exercise the access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights available under those laws by emailing us, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12

Children’s privacy

The Site and the Services are intended for adults — pharmacy operators, staff, and licensed pharmacists. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@luahonthego.com and we will delete it.

13

Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to third-party resources such as state boards of pharmacy, professional associations, and continuing-education providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Once you leave our Site, this policy no longer applies — check the privacy policy of any site you visit.

The Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform, and uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies as our service providers.

14

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, the Site, or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and post the new version here. If the changes are material — for example, if we begin collecting a new category of information or sharing it in a new way — we will provide more prominent notice, such as a notice on the Site or an email to people we hold contact details for.

Please check back occasionally. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
